Your mission

Purpose of the Position
You support the further development and commercial success of our international E-Mobility Provider (EMP) platform. Depending on your background and interests, your focus may be on technical product development, commercial product management, or a combination of both.
You work with the Technical Product Owner, the Commercial Product & Partnership Manager, and the wider product team.

Your Responsibilities
  • You support the Technical Product Owner and the Commercial Product & Partnership Manager with roadmaps, backlogs, concepts, and priorities.
  • You structure technical, customer, country, and commercial requirements and prepare open questions and decision options.
  • On the technical side, you help formulate user stories and acceptance criteria, document requirements, and coordinate smaller topics with Development, Design, and QA.
  • On the commercial side, you support market, competitor, customer, product, and partnership analyses and help prepare concepts and business cases.
  • You combine user feedback, service insights, product data, and commercial information to assess improvement opportunities.
  • You prepare meetings and workshops, document decisions, and follow up on actions, dependencies, and open points.
  • You support product launches, releases, and country rollouts with analyses, feature or offering overviews, checklists, and internal information.
  • You review product concepts and implemented features from a customer, business, or technical perspective, depending on your focus.
  • After onboarding, you own clearly defined technical or commercial product tasks under guidance.
  • You use approved AI tools for research, analysis, structuring, and documentation and verify accuracy and relevance.

Your profile

  • You are enrolled in Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field.
  • You are interested in digital products and how customer needs, commercial objectives, and technical implementation interact.
  • Your strengths may lie in technical product development, commercial analysis and product management, or across both areas; you are not expected to cover every topic equally.
  • For a technical focus, initial knowledge of agile software development, apps, backend systems, APIs, or data is advantageous; programming skills are not required.
  • For a commercial focus, initial knowledge of product management, business models, market analysis, pricing, partnerships, or business cases is advantageous.
  • You structure information, identify connections, formulate precise questions, and enjoy analytical work.
  • You use spreadsheets, presentations, and common collaboration tools confidently.
  • You work carefully and reliably, follow up on agreed tasks, and communicate clearly across specialist functions.
  • You communicate confidently in English.
